2. DataSense Individual Subscription is currently open to all registered real estate agents and negotiators in Malaysia only.
3. The promotional price under this Campaign shall be applicable for 6-month subscription underStarter or Professional packages only.
4. Purchase must be done via our product website (https://www.propertyguruforbusiness.com/datasense/individual-subscription) during Promotion Period.
5. All purchase under this Campaign is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable to other party, and non-exchangeable for other products.
6. For any iProperty and/or PropertyGuru Malaysia agent customer who subscribes for the said DataSense Package offering under this Campaign and during the Promotion Period, the agent shall receive an additional RM 50 e-voucher within 30 days from the purchase date. The e-voucher must be claimed via indicated vendor application/platform before the applicable voucher expiry date. Utilisation of the e-voucher may be subject to the vendor terms and conditions. PropertyGuru does not assume any obligation towards the utilisation of the e-voucher and any matter arising pertaining thereto.
